Our sauna is wood-fired and accommodates up to 6 guests in complete privacy. The sauna includes a choice of either a birch or juniper whisk. The whisk should be dipped in hot water and/or shaken over the heater stones. The whisk warms up, and the scent of essential oils becomes more intense. After the sauna, you have the opportunity to relax on the spa terrace in sun loungers.
A birch whisk helps improve circulation and release muscle tension. By dipping the whisk in water occasionally and holding it over the heater, the aromas of birch essential oils emerge.
A juniper whisk helps improve circulation and release muscle tension. By dipping the whisk in water occasionally and holding it over the heater, the aromas of juniper essential oils emerge.
The Bottengarn wood-fired sauna can be booked every day from 12:00–19:00. An additional fee applies when booking the sauna outside opening hours. You can obtain more detailed information concerning prices and times from our reception staff.
Seawater hot tub
Price: €76 (1 hour)
A seawater hot tub awaits you in pure nature. The hot tub is filled with lightly salted seawater and heated with wood to a suitable temperature. The service is also available during crisp winter weather. As we wish to protect the surrounding environment from pollution, the use of soap and other detergents is not permitted. The hot seawater tub can be booked every day from 12:00–19:00 and must be booked at least 24 hours in advance. An additional fee applies when booking the hot seawater tub outside opening hours.
