Bottengarn Chef’s Hall

The Bottengarn Chef’s Hall is located in Koguva Harbour, with a wonderful view of the sea and a breathtaking sunset in the evening.

At the helm of the Bottengarn Chef’s Hall is Head Chef  German Macharashvili who, along with his team, proudly brings exciting newflavour experiences to the table, honouring local traditions and the diverse possibilities of each season. The food is prepared using as much local ingredients as possible, fresh herbs from Bottengarn’s own herb garden and fruit gathered from the Bottengarn Farm orchard. 

If necessary, the Chef’s Hall can accommodate up to 100 guests.

* From October to May, only the Bottengarn Farm main house is open, where we offer breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

To ensure you a table in our Bottengarn Chef’s Hall and the finest experience, we kindly ask you to make a prior booking at least 3 hours before. Dinner

3-course dinner menu €69

2-course dinner menu for children (up to 10-year-olds)  €35

Three paired wines or specially prepared non-alcoholic drinks €39

We accept reservations for the three-course dinner menu from 18:00–21:00.

We kindly request guests to dress in a smart-casual style.


Lunch

During the summer months, lunch is available on the Bottengarn Terrace, and in the spring and autumn, at the Bottengarn Chef’s Hall.

For lunch at the Bottengarn Chef’s Hall, we offer a choice between a two or three-course menu.  Both are updated daily and seasonally by the Head Chef to make maximum use of fresh local ingredients.

Menu prices are €35 and €49 per guest, respectively.

To accompany your lunch, we recommend a paired wine selection expertly curated by our trained restaurant staff to complement the menu offered. Alternatively, you can choose from our drinks menu. 


Bottengarn Terrace

On the Bottengarn Terrace, we serve a simpler and somewhat lighter menu for lunch. The selection includes various starters, mains, and desserts, from which the client can choose their own preferred options.
