Bookings and cancellations
- Our spa is open every day from 11:00–18:00. If you wish to book a sauna or treatments outside opening hours, an additional fee will apply. Please check prices and availability.
- Due to the small size of our spa and our desire to provide you with personal attention, please book well in advance. To book, please send an email to info@bottengarn.ee or call +372 506 8278.
- We kindly ask you to arrive at the spa at least 10 minutes before the start of your booked treatment to allow enough time to change and relax before the treatment. In the event of a delay, we may be forced to shorten your treatment so as not to disturb other guests.
- Our spa is an oasis of tranquility. Please switch your mobile phones to silent mode or turn them off, and kindly keep your voice low at all times while in the spa area.
- Refreshing drinks to accompany your spa experience can be conveniently ordered from our reception. We kindly ask that you do not bring your own alcohol into the spa area.
- All bookings are final, and no refunds are given upon cancellation. If you wish to make changes to your schedule, we will do our best to accommodate your request, but unfortunately, we cannot guarantee availability.
Health considerations
- Usually, our treatments do not pose a medical risk, but to advise you well, do not hesitate to inform our therapist if you have any specific health condition. Please inform us of any health conditions, allergies or injuries that may affect your treatment or service.
- To ensure your safety and maximum well-being, we strongly advise against consuming alcohol before, during, or immediately after your spa treatments.
- Smoking (including e-cigarettes) is strictly prohibited in the spa area.
- If you are pregnant, please consult your doctor before booking spa treatments. Our spa therapists will be happy to help you choose suitable treatments during this special time.
SPA attire
Please arrive for your treatment in comfortable attire. Disposable underwear is provided for body treatments if required. Swimwear is mandatory in all spa and sauna areas.
Tipping
Tips are not included in the treatment prices. Should you wish to leave a tip, you can do so at the spa reception desk or on your bill.
